A native of Cape Cod, Dr. Rich graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. After graduation, he completed an intense one year residency in advanced general dentistry followed by three years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Rich has practiced in Poway for the last seven years and prior to that he was located in La Jolla. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and he is an active member of the San Diego County Dental Society.
Additionally he regularly donates his time to the County Dental Society for the “Give Kids a Smile” program and Team Smile events, and CDA Cares program.
After completing his time in the Navy, Dr. Rich decided to settle down in San Diego. The switch from the cold winters in the Northeast to the great weather and ability to be active outdoors year round was an easy choice.
Dr. Rich has two boys, Aiden and Jake. When he’s not working in the office you might find him camping with his boys, playing tennis, bringing his dog Beau to the beach, or pounding the pedals on his mountain bike with friends.

Meet Beau, our golden retriever extraordinaire and the friendly face of Guest Relations at Poway Dental Arts. With a wagging tail and a warm smile, he greets every patient, ensuring their visit is a joyful experience. Beau is a master of high-fives and gentle paw shakes, and he’s always ready for a quick cuddle. Whether he’s lounging in the waiting area or walking the halls, Beau’s presence brings comfort and cheer to everyone he meets. Don’t forget to give him a belly rub when you visit!
Berenice has been working in dentistry since 2005. She had the opportunity to serve her community as a Registered Dental Assistant for 8 years before switching to her current administrative role. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2013. Berenice provides our patients with a wealth of knowledge both in explaining their current diagnosis and treatment, as well as their insurance benefits and financing options. She enjoys offering guidance and options to help patients make health decisions they can feel good about, while being wise about their budget. Outside of work, she loves to be out in nature, hiking with her dog, visiting family, salsa dancing, and of course admiring as her beloved son learns and grows.
Lyndsay is a true San Diego girl, born and raised right here. Family is very important to her, and she loves spending time with her hubby and family outdoors in the sunshine. She has been in dentistry for 20+ years and is always excited to see our patients’ SMILES when they come into our office. She is thrilled when our patients leave the office on a happy note and with great understanding of their dental health.
Hannah has been in the dental field for 10+ years. When she’s not in the office helping patients, she spends time with her dog Gus. She enjoys going to the dog beach and to the river with family and friends in the summer. Her favorite part of being in dentistry is seeing the smiles on patients’ faces when they leave with a brand-new smile and the confidence it gives them!
Dedicated to promoting smiles and optimal oral health, Kristina is an accomplished Dental Hygienist with a proven track record in delivering compassionate care. With 17 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellence to every patient interaction. She has worked with diverse patient populations, demonstrating an ability to adapt to individual needs and foster a comfortable and trusting environment. Kristina is a Poway native and takes pride in the community that she works and lives in. She also has a genuine passion for the outdoors and values family time.
Junica (also known as “June”) has been a Registered dental Hygienist since 2021. She is committed to making each patient’s visit a positive and educational dental experience. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, reading books, and spoiling her two cats.
Stephanie is a Certified Dental Assistant. Her journey in dentistry has been rewarding and fulfilling as she loves helping people achieve their best smiles. She recently got married, and they are proud parents to their adorable fur baby Ralphie. When not at work or spending time with her family, you can often find her at the beach – it’s one of her favorite ways to unwind.
Kirsten is a Registered Dental Assistant with many years of experience. She enjoys family and traveling.
Corie is a Registered Dental Assistant – Extended Functions Level 2, who has a tailored approach with patients. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys traveling and food.
